REFERENCE AND INFORMATION SERVICES
The Reference and Information Services Division of the Kota Kinabalu Headquarters Library is located on level 3 of the building. The collections are strictly for reference purposes and cannot be taken out of the library.If you encounter any difficulty, please see the reference librarian on duty or write to us at the following address:

The Reference and Information Service is open to anyone aged 10 years and above. For the use of the RED and WHITE SPOT Collections, readers are required to register as a library member. Please produce :
1) Library Membership Card
2) I/C sized photograph
3) original Identification Card
This reference card is valid for 2 years, may be renewed, and is not transferable. Members are responsible for their membership cards.
INTER-LIBRARY LOAN SERVICE
The Interlibrary loan service is confined within the Sabah State Library network comprising of HQ, regional and branch libraries only.
Interlibrary loan service with other libraries will be processed under the Information Delivery System (SPP) generated by the Malaysian National Library.

- Red Spot Collection (Guidebook for secondary school students)
